I have been a patient with Dr. Griffeth for over 30 years as has my entire family. Last year I had decided to change due to his office staff being incompetent. As fate would have it, his daughter Amy called me last month and informed me that the staff was new and the office was now managed in a more professional way. The problem was Dr. Griffeth is very nice and accommodating to his staff but they took advantage of that demeanor and were rude to patients behind his back. We were very disappointed to have to leave Dr. Griffeth but we had been treated so poorly by his staff we had decided to move on. I am happy to report that Dr. Griffeth has let the deadwood go and has a friendly patient-oriented staff in place. His breadth of knowledge is impressive due to his years of experience. He has a great bedside manner and knows his stuff. I give two thumbs way up. He spent a lot of time with me the last visit and I appreciate him and his efforts to improve the practice with new staff.
