My visit--a yearly checkup--went smoothly. Front desk check-in was quick; wait time for my appointment was fine and to-be-expected: not long. Waiting room was comfortable. Most of my visit was handled by one of the clinic's staff-members, but that was no problem to me as in my previous visit this same thing happened and, just as in last year's visit, the person doing the preliminary check was professional, explained what she was doing and answered all my questions politely and concisely. When the doctor came in, he was a good combination of professional friendliness and business-like. He summarized the findings of the visit and answered the questions I asked, politely and professionally.
