I had a small metastatic tumor in my left lung that needed a biopsy. It was less than one centimeter, so it presented a challenge to accurately insert a biopsy needle. Dr. Openshaw, not only biopsied it, he also went back in a few weeks later and inserted a “coil marker” that helped my surgeon locate the tumor and remove it. Being a UCLA grad, I was a little worried when I saw his USC medical degree - but I have to admit he is really good. Thank you Dr. Openshaw… can’t tell you how grateful I am for your expertise.
