I was experiencing chest pains radiating to left shoulder. Dr. Knopp was attentive, empathetic, professional, and possessed extraordinary bedside manner. I had not been to hospital in some time, was in significant pain, and had no definitive answers regarding my current circumstance. The doctor performed necessary tests to ensure an accurate diagnosis and reduced pain to a tolerable level. Additionally, it was important to Dr. Knopp to communicate test results and their applicable explanations. Finally, Dr. Knopp made time to encapsulate my current status and answer and address my questions and concerns before exiting to a busy emergency room. Clearly, I would opine this doctor represents AMITA Health Alexian Brothers Medical Center core values of excellence and integrity.
