Dr Redlech is kind, professional, thorough, and respectful of even some (probably) silly qurstions. She treats me the mom with respect and dignity while being clear and professional about any concerns that come up. You can talk to her about anything, and never feel judged or dumb. My kids both live and trust her. This means a lot, as one of my daughters has tourette's syndrome and is sensitive in various ways. Dr Redlech is the first doctor she's ever allowed to touch her without screaming. I am so thankful for her, and hope she stays forever! Highest recommendation for this amazing doc. She definitely found her niche in pediatrics. Good with kids AND good with parents.
