I was referred to Dr. Coughlin for repair of my Bilateral inguinal hernia. Dr. Coughlin and her staff have been wonderful. At my initial consultation she thoroughly explained the surgical procedure to repair my hernia including what to expect the day of the surgery and what her care plan was for me after surgery. Dr. Coughlin is very personable and confident, this made me feel at ease and confident that my surgery and recovery would go well, and it did! Dr. Coughlin’s scheduler called me the afternoon of my appointment and scheduled my procedure within a few weeks of my initial consultation.  On the day of my surgery, she again met with me before the surgery to answer any last-minute questions and go over the post-operation care plan. Follow-up appointment was very thorough
