My experience with Dr, Nikdel’s office and my procedure was positive. Teri greeted me with an upbeat spirit. She was very patient explaining my financial responsibilities. She played Queen music during my procedure. Loved that. Christy was his assistant and she was extremely kind and compassionate. Dr. Nikdell was very patient with my many questions. My only suggestion is that during my two hour procedure I could have used a more periodic update how it was going and what was being done. I realize that has to be a challenge when a doctor is concentrating on a big challenge. And my situation was a challenge. That is my only suggestion I have for how my anxiety would have maybe would have been less. Not a complaint may I stress just my own personal desire. All in all I rate my experience there on a scale of one to ten a nine. Thank Y’all for being so sweet and compassionate.
