Patient Reviews
May 14, 2022
I saw Dr. Kolovich for osteoarthritis in my knee today. It was diagnosed as moderately severe. While some doctors would say it will not improve and there’s nothing to be done except a knee replacement, Dr. Kolovich explained treatment options that can be tried before I would need surgery. He was thorough in his explanation and did not rush me out, which was nice. He listened to my comments and answered my questions. He wrote down the treatment options for me and gave me literature about injections, should I request that if the other treatment options don’t work. I know that in time I may be facing a knee replacement, but in the meantime I am thankful that Dr. Kolovich is taking things one step at a time. I highly recommend him.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
