Care Philosophy

Each patient I see has cardiac problems which must be assessed and managed in the context of their general medical conditions and personal preferences. I try to educate each patient about their cardiovascular conditions and their options for management. I then work with the patient to develop a cardiac care plan which is compatible with their other medical needs and which is respectful of their personal beliefs and wishes. The cardiac conditions I help manage are not unique, but my patients are and this is always central to how I approach each patient.
