My rating is for Dr. Remmel's care. She is an excellent doctor. I have been her patient for many years and have always gotten good care. However, it is extremely difficult to make an appointment with her. Her support staff is among the worst I have ever encountered. They never answer their phone and they don't return calls. It is unbelievable how unhelpful they are. I have called 14 times since January and have received 2 return calls (one on 2/24 and one on 4/21), both promising a call to schedule an appointment "in the next day or two." There is no excuse for this dismal customer service.
