I’ve been working with Dr Joel for two years now. I have severe low back and coccyx pain. So severe I can’t sit or stand or lay down for more than 15 min at a time some days. Everyone else ignored me or said I was exaggerating. But Dr Joel listened and recommended some steroid shots to find some relief. Sometimes the shots work better than other times, but I’m SO thankful he suggested this. It’s quite literally the only relief I’ve felt in 10 years. He expects you to follow his instructions and isn’t a fan of increasing meds without it being truly necessary, but I asked for that as well. He helps me keep the opioids to a minimum. I’m so thankful. My life would truly be unbearable without this man fulfilling his calling to help others. I pray for him often and even if we disagree on something, I trust his intentions towards me, something I can’t say for most docs these days. Thank you, Dr Joel! You have changed my life for the better. Thank you.
