Dr. Toff is a caring, dedicated doctor. He took care of my son while in NICU. He was observant & thorough in his examinations. He had 3 different medical problems to which if not treated properly, he wouldn't have made it. He thoroughly explained what he was treating & what course of action he was taking. He checked on him during the night as well. His concern also was for me as well. I would recommend him to anyone.
