I've been going to this clinic for a few years. Overall it's the most pleasant doctor's office I've been to. The staff is nice from front to back. My very first visit I saw Dr. Reed. He was very set in his ways. He just came off very typical of all my previous doctor interactions as short,what I say goes,I know it all type. He wasn't rude. Just not friendly. His bedside manner left much to be desired. After that visit I saw his PA each time which I adore. His PA has the BEST bedside manner! Anyway, I needed procedures & Dr. Reed was the one to perform them. He was extremely nice and helpful with those. So my opinion of him changed greatly with the following interactions. Maybe he was just having an "off" day the first time I met him. Like I saw a previous person say, office has the GROSSEST bathrooms! *Please* have someone routinely clean them. There's always urine all over the seat and floor. Wish we could skip but since REQ they need clean. I appreciate the compassion here! Thx!
