We saw Dr. Bora in the PICU at NAMC. During our time there, she was the night attending. Our daytime attending was very rude, and Dr. Bora would come in at night and clean up his mess of communication. She was fabulous. Our baby girl was very sick and no one could really understand why. Dr. Bora kept us in the loop with every single test, every single lab and every single result that came through. She sat down next to me multiple times to explain things to me. I learned so much from her and as a result, was a much better advocate for my daughter when she was transferred to Dell Children's. Dr. Bora was compassionate, relatable and is truly wonderful.
