I trust Dr. Swafford's medical judgement very much. A negative is that she is only in the office 2 days per week. Over the past 2-3 years, there seems to be a high turnover of staff in her office. There are no nurses, which I think is strange in a pediatric office, only medical assistants or CNAs.
