After only one appointment with Dr. Robinett, I knew I had finally found the pulmonologist I needed. Getting an appointment with her (months before I expected to be able to) felt like an answered prayer. I had been seeing other specialists for over a year, experiencing an ongoing cough and not feeling well that entire time. None of the other specialists had been able to figure out what is wrong with me, and they basically just blew me off and said it must have been asthma (even though the asthma medication was not helping). They did not want to do a bronchoscopy even when I asked them if they could and after I had been coughing and feeling sick for over a year. Dr. Robinett suggested this without me even having to ask. I am so grateful to be her patient now. You can tell she really cares about her patients. She is knowledgeable and open minded. The fellow and nurses were very kind too. My entire visit at University of MD was wonderful.
