I would highly recommend Dr. Downey to family and friends. I have been seeing Dr. Downey for 30+ years. She is the best doctor. She is very patience and a very caring doctor. She addresses all of my questions/problems and I never feel rushed. If she feels that a specialist is needed, she will write a referral. I have always been pleased when leaving her office.
