Dr. Burton is awesome. I've been seeing her mainly for my Major Depressive and Anxiety disorders, and she's never made me feel uncomfortable about it at all, which is a tough thing to do when dealing with such a sensitive subject especially with how bad of a place I was in when I first started seeing her. Always super understanding and takes me very seriously when I talk to her about stuff. I have a non-traditional relationship (same sex, polyamorous, trans partner) and other than one joke made in very good nature, she's been very accepting of it no matter what her personal beliefs on it may be. Overall I would highly recommend. I know it can be an issue with doctors that they don't take your needs seriously- but I haven't had that issue at all with Dr. Burton.
