Check-in was a breeze w/ the receptionist obtaining necessary information and inputting straight into the system (no paperwork!). Nurses were friendly and helpful. Dr. Lindle spoke w/ my 12-year old daughter in terms she could understand. She looked her in the eye and listened to her, as well as I. She was honest in her prognosis, yet stressed the positives. She welcomed questions and encouraged us to become as educated as possible.
