Dr. Chang is a highly intelligent, skilled and experienced practitioner. Always professional; instilling confidence in her patients and co-workers, Dr. Chang posesses a sweet, subtle and clever sense of humor that puts her patients at ease. My personal experience with her, having been her patient more than once, made her the obvious choice when faced with both of my children needing general anesthesia. As anxious young adults, she readily put them at ease. Both had positive experiences.
