I just had a Mohs procedure done with Karen Sundby a week ago and I am very pleased with how the whole process went. Starting with the consultation, Karen and her staff were very kind and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. When I showed up on surgery day, I was seen within minutes of checking in. The whole staff made sure I felt comfortable and that I was in no pain and the procedure went smoothly. I just had my week check in appointment and everything is progressing as it should. I want to thank Dr. Sundby for her work but give an even bigger shoutout to the nurses who went above an beyond at every appointment and made me comfortable every step of the way - especially Stacy, Shyla, Annie, and Melissa.
