I don't know why so many 3 star ratings. Dr. Butterfield is a caring and experienced physician who listens to the patient, thoroughly explains medical issues, and takes a personal interest in you. I have seen her for over 10 years. When a neurologist failed to order appropriate testing for a major medical issue, Dr. Butterfield ordered the testing that needed to be done to rule out other serious issues. Yes, the wait is usually 15 minutes but that is because she is spending the time needed.
