The doctor was very thorough in answering questions, even the questions I didn't know I needed to ask. She was easy to talk to, and the appointment didn't feel rushed. She prompted me to ask questions and waited to make sure I was comfortable and understood all of my options. She was just the perfect balance of professional and human - easy to relate to and so great at explaining the complexities in an approachable way. Everyone I met in the office was friendly and helpful. I never felt like a nuisance or like anyone was bothered with being asked questions. They all had a very "happy to help" attitude that made me feel like they genuinely cared about making sure that I was taken care of.
