In May 2022 I had an episode of confusion in the office and doctors' discovered I had a 3.8cm meningioma in my left frontal lobe. I was not satisified with the recommendations of doctors in my home state and decided to look for the best doctor I could find. I started with John Hopkins who would not conduct a virtual visit and then searched Mayo Florida. Here I found Kaisorn Chaichana who trained at John Hopkins and had moved to Mayo. I scheduled a virtual appointment with him within a week and had all my records sent to Mayo Florida. After visit, we scheduled surgery for 2 weeks later. He was confident, to the point. His recommendation was to remove meingioma asap and that's what he did. He performed and outstanding operation, and I did not have one bad side effect. I was 64 years old at the time of surgery. I even went back to work within 3 weeks after my crainotomy. Everyone at Mayo has the upmost respect for Dr Chaichana. I am blessed that prayers from my friends and family led me to him. I will always be indebted to Mayo and Dr Chaichana for what they did for me. I have never in my life experienced the quality of care I received at Mayo Florida. Outstanding!
