I have been seeing Dr. Carter Since 1986. He takes his time to listen, and I mean really listen to any concerns I have. Before any surgeries he is always there before they put me to sleep so that if I had any fears he would calm me down. Sometimes I have to wait a while in the lobby for a long time but I know it is because he is giving someone the care and time he gives me. I do not care if I have to wait because he is the most charitable and caring Doctor I have ever had!
