I have had total replacement surgery in both shoulders with Dr. Sykes. I have gone from agonizing pain in both shoulders to zero pain at all. Other than immediately after surgery (and it was very minor), I have had only some mild discomfort. This was associated largely with physical therapy which I do highly recommend
