Dr. Williams reviewed my previous colonoscopies & results with me immediately prior to my scheduled screening colonoscopy this month; he explained new screening guidelines and was thoughtful and respectful in replying to my several questions regarding the anesthesia to be used for my colonoscopy. He and the endoscopy nurses were very professional yet warm-hearted in their approach, which is so appreciated as I am always nervous when undergoing any medical procedure. I never felt that he was trying to rush through the process…I value this in my interactions with any practitioner.
