I was experiencing a tremendous amount of pain in my lower back. I drove myself to Stony Brook Hospital in Southampton. My emergency Doctor was Joseph F Stowell. I was so appreciative to have him attend to me. He was compassionate and caring, and mostly concerned. He administered the correct IV pain med to alleviate the pain. He proceeded with the necessary CT Scans to get a better picture of what the causes could be. He was attentive and never once made me wait upon his arrival and thoughts. I was completely amazed at the care i received, He's a great Doc, and I was lucky to have his care. Michael Pinzone
