Patient Reviews
Jul 11, 2024
I took my dad for a follow up exam after he was discharged from the hospital after 5 days. While at the hospital, he'd had an EKG for bad chest pains and we were concerned with the results. We had made an appointment with another doctor in this practice who wasn't able to keep the appointment due to an emergency. It takes an act of God to get my dad toileted, showered, dressed, and out to the car. I was about to cry when they said they couldn't see us. Luckily, the office managers were on their toes and found someone to step in. Dr. Okolo said he'd be happy to see us! This was our first visit and I was apprehensive, but he very quickly put us at ease with his welcoming smile and gracious demeanor. He took time to review the reports, my father's history, and explained the results of the EKG (which the hospitalist didn't bother to do) and eased our nerves. He even had us laughing a few times! We are so grateful for Dr. Okolo's care, that too at the last minute! He's the BEST.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
