I got my gallbladder removed a few years ago, my first surgery. I didn't have a lot to say about it at the time, my experience was overall positive. I was in nursing school at the time, and now I'm an OR nurse at a different hospital. After seeing many surgeons and how they deal with patient care, I wanted to come leave a positive review of Dr. Gale. I was treated respectfully, all my questions were answered so I didn't feel anxious about having my surgery. He didn't rush the pre-surgical appointment, the procedure went well, he did everything with incision location I would have wanted with the surgery, especially now that I have the knowledge I do about laparoscopic procedures. Had good communication about follow up labs, as my liver enzymes were all off the chart pre-procedure and he wanted to make sure they were all resolved post surgery.
