Dr. Telsey is an excellent physician I would recommend him to anyone. I had a kidney stone that was difficult to get and so two surgeries were necessary. Both were done and the stone removed. The only problem I encountered was with the staff. They are not organized and do not communicate well at all. In addition they gave me an appointment that Dr. Telsey could not make as he was going to be on vacation. The staff should have known and scheduled accordingly with Dr. Telsey's availability. In addition the day before my first surgery they called and said the doctor needed a CT scan. That was fine but they told me it was at Bachus Hospital which it was not. Luckily I called Bachus to see where I should enter the hospital. They told me I did not have an appointment. I had to call the office and I found out it was at the satalite office off of 395. Had I not called I would have missed this appointment and Dr. Kelsey would not have had the information he needed.
