I have been transitioning from PCP to PCP my entire adult life. No one would listen to my concerns or actually express patience. I was apprehensive at first due to my experiences, so I kept rescheduling my 1st appt. With Dr. Tran . As soon as I had my visit, I just felt it in my heart that JT Family Care will be my new trusted home. Dr. Tran really listened to my concerns and understood the affects of our neighborhood on my mental health. He was the first doc to ever refer me to therapy through my network, which tells me he is also the first to really care. I was dismissed for years and now it’s actually a lot to get used to when finally having an advocate for myself. Thank you Doctor, sincerely.
