Dr. Raines (and Ginger) is the best! He and his entire staff are compassionate and understanding. He answers questions and explains things and cares about his patients and their wellbeing. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Raines for several years. I would recommend Dr. Raines to anyone looking for a new primary care doctor.
