I recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. John R Deitch, the Medical Director of Sports Medicine and his amazing team at Wellspan Health. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional level of dedication and personal attention I receivedIf there was a singular statement that I can use to describe Dr. Deitch, his team, and the culture he has built it is as follows. At no point in time did I ever feel as though I was just another number or medical procedure, I was Josh, I had a messed up Bicep and needed help, and boy ohhh boy did they help!!!I was in need of a surgery that must be completed within a tight timeframe of 10 days. My initial consult was on day three following the injury . The entire team was absolutely amazing. Shuffling me to and from appointments getting bloodwork MRIs EKGs all done in a timely manner the same day. I was scheduled for surgery on day five. This was an absolute miracle, and in my opinion, the hand of God acting for my
