He is the best surgeon. He cares about his patients. You can see the compassion that he has for his patients. He treats his patients like family. He goes above and beyond the call. Wellstar is blessed to have a doctor like this. It’s hard to found a great surgeon like him. He sits and listens to you and explains everything through. He makes sure you understand before you leave. You don’t wait long. The atmosphere is wonderful. All the staff from check in, nurses and check out are great. You don’t wait long at all after you finish checking in and before you sit down the nurses are calling you back and then the Dr Major comes in and before you know it you are checking out. Dr Major has the best and most wonderful staff in the world. If you have to have surgery that process is easy too. They get it approved through the insurance before you leave. You will have a pre op date, surgery date, and post op date before you leave. Everyone is helping and making sure you are comfortable and if you are need anything. Everyone is always smiling. It makes you feel at ease. They have a great work flow. Some of the other offices need to take some lessons from Wellstar General Surgery Vernon Rd. I will recommend Dr Major to everyone. He also keeps his patients family informed.
