I have been a patient of Dr. Folan for 15 years and trust him totally. His staff is generally nice and answer all questions. But the wait in his office is ridiculous!! You also can't always see him so you have to se a PA or nurse practitioner ( they all seem very competent). He cares, is nice, and takes the time to answer questions, but you better not expect lengthy explanations.
