I saw Dr. Valencia for a root canal and found him to be caring and gentle. He explained to me what to expect during the procedure and after; he also told me possible results, good and bad and what the plan would be in both scenarios. He is a good dentist who knows what he is doing. His staff is also very professional and polite. All 3 hygienists I had contact with were very nice, and the one even gave me a blanket when I was chilly. I would definately recommend him.
