I have received steroid epidural injections from Dr. Culclasure both at St. Thomas/Howell Allen and the Pain Management Group medical center. He is very personable and very careful when giving the injection. He does not rush you and always makes sure that you are 'doing okay'. He tells you what he is going to do next and what to expect each step along the procedure. I highly recommend him.
