I was working in a hospital when Dr Barlow came on staff.I was working 2d shift when I received a call from him. He was requesting lab work and radiology, the patient had no insurance. Dr Barlow asked if I could speak to the billing dept and arrange for the patient to make payments. Dr Barlow wasn't billing the patient even though he was going through the expense of setting up a new office.The patient never came in but the Dr called every night for almost a week to check on the patient.
