The doctor is great and knowledgeable. The staff however, are not. They do not follow up with help requests. Whoever you talk to says she will take care of your problem and call you the next day. Never happens, and when I call back whoever answers says they will take care of it. Never completed. I am in collections because the front office office didn't follow up on my acctount.
