I have seen her multiple times at the Urgent Care in Timnath, and every time she impresses me. This last time, my child had a double ear infection and was in significant pain. She sat in the room while I called the pharmacy to see if they had Amoxicillin. (There is a shortage at the moment.) She didn’t bounce out to hurry to her next appointment. Instead, I felt that she wanted to be sure my son had what he needed to get well.
