She listens, takes notes and does not tell you immediately how you need to listen to her advice. She is patient and led me through a bout of covid 19 (no hospitalization required). Checked on me frequently and expressed concern that felt genuine. only caveat was staff seemed indifferent. Her asst. was great. She earned the friendliness star.
