My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Adkins. My wife had a serious medical concern and was directed to the Los Robles ER. Dr. Adkins was on top of it. She called the ER, initiated a workup and called us with the diagnosis and treatment plan a good hour before the ER team had even reviewed the results. Another time she came in on her day off for an urgent evaluation and EKG. Her staff is excellent and caring. The third party Billing department could use some improvements as contacting them is a challenge. We have sent several friends to her and they have all had similar positive experiences. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
