I had a dental emergency - broke a tooth with a very old filling. I was expecting I’d get a temporary crown and need to return once the ceramicist made the permanent. I was elated to learn Dr. Smith is able to fabricate crowns on site! In addition, he has equipment that enables him to digitally image your surrounding teeth to create a precise replica of the contours needed to replicate your bite. This was especially important in my situation as part of my tooth was sheared off! This technology is not only cool, it’s SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES your downtime, discomfort and inconvenience! I’d had a crown at another practice last year and it took two weeks before the permanent one was ready. It also took numerous attempts for them to get the “bite” correct. With Dr. Smith, the procedure was quicker, less intrusive, and the result is fabulous. A day later, I am free of pain and happily chopping on fresh veggies! Thank you, Dr. Jessie Smith!
