SIX stars out of FIVE! Extremely knowledgable, professional, prompt care, great explanation, accurate diagnosis, AND just a great human being. I had the opportunity to interact with him during my emergency stay at NYC Langone as well as observe his interactions with other patients, which amount to expectation +1=Success. NYC is lucky to have Dr. Jesse Rafel on team. A truly gifted man!
