We had a virtual visit with Dr. Jenson because my son was on day 2 of a pink eye infection. Dr. Jensen was able to determine the cause was viral and not bacterial so she did not prescribe any antibiotic. She explained to me why she made the determination because in the past I have always had to get a prescription for eye drops. She explained how to treat the viral infection and also told me what to expect over the next day or two. She was absolutely spot-on with everything. She even mentioned there might be cold symptoms that appear with the viral infection. This was not the case at the time of the visit, but lo and behold he did start experiencing some coughing and lethargy later in the day. Day 3 he's feeling better and eyes are cleared up just like she said would happen. I was really skeptical that the infection would clear up on its own but it did, just like she said it would. Thanks Dr. Jenson, really glad to be connected to you through the 98point6 app.
