I visited Dr. Chan as a new patient. She was very kind and professional. I wouldn’t say she’s incredibly personable, but I did not feel rushed and she took her time and we talked about what we needed to. She referred me to a specialist to discuss birth control even further, as I want quite ready to make a decision in that moment. Her office and all the staff there are wonderful (especially the nurses). I think if you’re looking for someone who’s straight to the point and gets it done she’s wonderful. Only downside is she hard to get in with and I only did because I took a cancellation appointment.
