Entire Straub ER staff is absolutely delightful and not one showed anything but concern, respect, and professionalism. But, DR OYAMA, while being VERY busy, brought her cheerfulness into the room. She was not only helpful and attentive in listening to the ER staff, but paid close attention to my activities that brought me there. I notice that these other reviewers seem to indicate no sense of humanity or concern for the hard workers taking care of them. The patterns of behavior that brought them into ER shows that they take little or no responsibility for their own behavior but feel entitled to kindness and out-giving of others. AND, they seem to show no gratitude for others’ giving of themselves to help them. Point is, after seen this doctor besmirched by ungrateful slobs, & going through my excellent experience, I had to not only set this straight, but shed light on the environment and patronage that this medical institution has to put up with. A++
