Dr. Taylor saved my mother’s life in 2009 after a terrible fall in the middle of the night. She couldn’t move at all, and her memory - she didn’t know some family members present with her. She and other family members had travelled to surprise me with an intervention suggesting I leave immediately for a reserved spot at a California rehab to address my addiction. I agreed, but asked that they spend the night, and I would go the next day. I did go, but two weeks later; I wanted to feel sure she was in good hands for her extensive rehab, and that my elderly father would be ok at my Dallas apartment being nearby to visit my mother. She arrived at Baylor Dallas ER that night where Dr. Taylor addressed the blood spray in her brain, broken wrist, nose. After my rehab for a month, I returned to Dallas for my mother’s remaining month of rehab, then we travelled back to my parents home. My mother is now 90, is relatively heathy other than issues common to people who have reached 90.
