6 years ago I fell down on the cement! The repercussions of that were that I had 2 torn meniscus and a tear of my ligaments which was very painful I had a frustrating challenge finding anyone that could help me deal with this problem! I went to see numerous Doctors all over the Portland Oregon metro area, Oregon City, I even went to the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix Arizona for 4 days and over to Odessa and Kyiv Ukraine before the war of course! So far I had not found anyone who understood my problem and could treat it for me! That is until I found out about Dr. Jeffrey Mercer! Once he was my doctor I had someone who was smarter and more skilled than all the others I had been to see before! Dr. Mercer figured out what my problem was and proceeded to give me excellent treatment to start to take care of this problem! He always makes sure he understands my questions and concerns and explains perfectly to me the action plan of treatment he knows that my situation requires! Dr. Mercer has been the answer to my prayers! I highly recommend him and without reservation! I am grateful to have him as my Doctor! As far as I am concerned Dr. Mercer is the Best Doctor in the World!! Definitely 5 out of 5 Stars from this reviewer who is a very pleased patient!
